Flu/Cold Tea Bombs

Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon herbal tea leaves or tea bags (such as chamomile or peppermint)
Silicone mold (small sphere or candy size)

Instructions:
Prepare the Honey Base:

In a small saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper (if using). Heat gently over low heat until the mixture is warm and combined, stirring occasionally. Do not let it boil.
Add Tea Flavor: Stir in the herbal tea leaves or cut open the tea bags and add the loose tea to the mixture. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
Strain the Mixture: Pour the honey mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the tea leaves and any solids.
Fill the Molds: Pour the strained mixture into the silicone molds, filling each cavity. Allow them to cool to room temperature, then place the molds in the refrigerator or freezer to set completely (about 1 hour).
Remove and Store: Once hardened, pop the tea bombs out of the molds. Store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Use:

To enjoy, place one tea bomb in a mug and pour hot water over it. Stir until dissolved, sip, and feel the soothing relief.
