Ingredients:
– 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

– ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
– 2 large eggs

– Gel food coloring (pastel pink, purple, yellow, and blue)
– 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
1- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3- In a separate bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
4- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
5- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
6- Divide the dough into four equal parts. Tint each portion with a different pastel food coloring and mix until evenly colored.
7- Take small portions of each colored dough and gently press them together to form a ball. Place on the baking sheet and slightly flatten.
8- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
9- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
