Air fryer Roasted potatoes

INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ lb baby potatoes.
1 Tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
¼ teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash Potatoes and pat dry with paper towel.
Cut into halves or quarters. If making breakfast potatoes, dice it into smaller bits.
Add oil and spice blend to potatoes
Mix to coat.
Place coated potatoes on the air fryer basket in a single layer
Bake at 400°F / 205°C for 10 mins flip potatoes and bake for another 5 to 10 mins or till your desired level of crispness.
Serve immediately with a dip or preferred side dish.
