Ingredients:
Β½ cup rolled oats
1 scoop protein powder
Almonds π°
1 banana π, sliced
1 teaspoon matcha powder (optional)
Β½ cup almond milk π₯
Instructions:
In a jar or cup, layer the oats, protein powder, and almonds π°.
Add banana slices π and sprinkle with matcha powder if desired.
Pour almond milk π₯ over the top, stir, and refrigerate overnight.
2. Cucumber & Grapefruit Detox Oats π₯ππ₯
Ingredients:
Β½ cup rolled oats
1 scoop protein powder
Cucumber π₯, diced
Grapefruit π and mango chunks
Β½ cup coconut water or milk π₯
Instructions:
Layer the oats and protein powder in a jar or cup.
Add diced cucumber π₯ and top with grapefruit and mango.
