Farmhouse Hamburger and Potato Bake

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1 Preheat oven to 375°F; grease baking dish.
2 Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; drain excess fat.
3 Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk in a bowl.
4 Layer half of potatoes, beef mixture, and soup mixture in dish; repeat layers.
5 Cover with foil; bake 45 minutes.
5 Remove foil, add cheddar cheese on top; bake 15 more minutes until bubbly.
