Ingredients:

2 small apples, thinly sliced

6 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces

2 tbsp caramel sauce

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)

🍴 Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut puff pastry into small triangles or rectangles, shaping them like mini Christmas trees.

3. Place a piece of brie on each pastry triangle, then layer apple slices on top.

4. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples and sprinkle with thyme, if using.
